Natalija Alandarenko
Natalia Alandarenko is the founder and the heart of our school. For her, teaching is not just a job – it is her life’s work. Her deep knowledge of teaching methodologies and leadership allows her to create innovative and tailored courses that ensure high learning standards and excellent results for every student.
"My journey began with a love for psychology, education, and languages. I earned my BA in Psychology and Education from the University of Latvia, then completed my MA with Merit in Advertising and Marketing Communications at Bournemouth University (UK). In 2006, I obtained my CELTA (University of Cambridge, ITTC, UK) – a course that confirmed without a doubt that teaching English is my true calling.
I thoroughly enjoyed teaching at Kings Colleges (UK), where I worked with students from all over the world, and later joined International House – one of the oldest and largest networks of language schools. Those years gave me invaluable experience, which I now put into my own school here in Liepāja.
Work is my hobby and my hobby is my work – I love getting to know my students, seeing their progress, and feel it is a real privilege to be part of people’s lives in this way. I enjoy travelling and discovering new cultures. I love interacting with people, learning new things, and finding positive ideas to bring into my work and life. All of this inspires me to make lessons lively, modern, and as close to real life as possible.
I believe that everyone can learn a language if the right approach is found. That’s why my courses are always adapted to the personal goals and level of each student. The most rewarding moments in my work are seeing my students pass exams with high scores, enter prestigious universities, and speak English with confidence."
